Third-party services that process data on behalf of ChatterBridge
ChatterBridge uses certain third-party service providers ("sub-processors") to assist in providing our services. These sub-processors may process personal data on our behalf, subject to our instructions and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Purpose: Application hosting, database storage, message queue processing, and secrets management.
Data processed: Messages, workspace tokens, group mappings, OAuth state, thread references, user activity data.
Location: Global CDN
Purpose: Static website hosting for the ChatterBridge landing page and legal pages.
Data processed: Standard web server logs (IP addresses, browser information).
Location: United States
Purpose: Slack workspace integration for receiving and sending messages via the Slack API.
Data processed: Slack messages, user display names, channel information, workspace tokens.
Location: Europe
Purpose: WhatsApp messaging integration for receiving and sending messages via the WhatsApp API.
Data processed: WhatsApp messages, media files, phone numbers, group information.
Location: United States
Purpose: Transactional email delivery for lead capture notifications and support requests.
Data processed: Email addresses, names, and message content submitted through website forms.
Location: United States
Purpose: Website usage analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website.
Data processed: Anonymous usage data, page views, click events, browser/device information.
Location: Europe (Malta)
Purpose: Website behavior analytics including heatmaps and session recordings to improve user experience.
Data processed: Anonymous session recordings, mouse movements, click patterns, scroll behavior.
