When you use ChatterBridge, we collect information that you voluntarily provide:
Workspace ID, name, and authorized channels
Group identifiers and metadata (no message content stored)
Name, email, phone number from our forms
Message bridging preferences and settings
Automatically Collected Data
We automatically collect minimal technical information needed for service operation:
- Message metadata (timestamps, sender IDs, channel/group IDs)
- Usage statistics and performance metrics
- Error logs and debugging information
- IP addresses for security and abuse prevention
Message Content Handling
Important: Message content is never permanently stored. We only maintain temporary message queues for delivery reliability (max 24 hours).
